New York, NY – September 9, 2020 – SK Capital Partners, LP, a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors, today announced it will be expanding its team with the addition of Christopher Fraser as Senior Director.
Chris Fraser has over 40 years of experience in the chemicals sector, with positions of responsibility in operations, sales, marketing, business development and general executive management. Most recently, he served as Chairman and CEO of KMG Chemicals. In that role, he led a broad-based overhaul of the portfolio including numerous strategic acquisitions, integrations, business segment re-positionings and successful exits, creating significant shareholder value. Prior to KMG Chemicals, Chris was the CEO of Chemical Lime Company and OCI Chemical Corporation. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Connecticut and a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University.
