SK Capital Announces Promotions

New York, January 3, 2023 – SK Capital Partners, LP, a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, specialty chemicals, and pharmaceuticals sectors, is excited to announce today the promotion of four professionals. Simon Dowker has been promoted to Managing Director, Joshua Lieberman has been promoted to Principal, Sarvinoz Fahriddinova has been promoted to Senior Talent Associate, and Michael Anagnos has been promoted to Senior Associate.

Mr. Dowker joined SK Capital in 2017 and was previously a Director focused on sourcing, evaluating, and executing transactions, as well as enhancing value at several of SK Capital’s portfolio companies, including SEQENS, Luxium Solutions, and IPACKCHEM. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Dowker was a Managing Director at PJT Partners focused on the global chemicals sector. Prior to PJT Partners, he was the Head of European Chemicals coverage at Jefferies based in London. He started his career at UBS Investment Bank, where he focused on the chemicals and industrials sectors.

Mr. Lieberman joined SK Capital in 2019 and was previously a Vice President focused on executing transactions and enhancing value at several of SK Capital’s portfolio companies, including Lacerta, IPACKCHEM, and Noramco, and currently serves on the Board of Directors of all three. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Lieberman was a Principal at Gamut Capital Management. Prior to Gamut Capital, Mr. Lieberman was an investment professional at Pritzker Private Capital and an investment banker at Moelis & Company.

Ms. Fahriddinova joined SK Capital in 2022 as a Talent Associate and is a member of the Portfolio Operations team. At SK Capital, she partners with portfolio companies to support human capital-related value creation initiatives, including executive searches and assessments, succession planning, and organizational assessments. Prior to joining SK Capital, Ms. Fahriddinova was a member of the Talent Acquisition team at ghSMART and an Associate Consultant within Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy practice.

Mr. Anagnos joined SK Capital in 2020 as an Associate and is a member of SK Capital’s investment team, where he has played a significant role in driving strategic and operational improvement initiatives at several portfolio companies, as well as leading diligence efforts related to new platform and add-on investments. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Anagnos worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials M&A Group at Perella Weinberg Partners.
