SK Capital Announces Promotions
New York, January 6, 2025 – SK Capital Partners, LP, a private investment firm focused on the specialty materials, ingredients, and life sciences sectors, is excited to announce today the promotion of ten professionals.
Jared Kramer and Dan Lory have been promoted to Managing Director; Anthony Marr, Michael Anagnos, and Natalie Blosser have been promoted to Vice President; Alexander Jackson and Andrew Tabatabaei have been promoted to Senior Associate; Kate Ghirardi has been promoted to Deputy Chief Financial Officer; Sarvinoz Fahriddinova has been promoted to Vice President, Talent; and Kathryn Coppa has been promoted to Executive Assistant.
Mr. Kramer joined SK Capital in 2012 and was previously a Principal. Prior to SK Capital, Mr. Kramer worked in the Global Industrials and Aerospace & Defense Groups of Houlihan Lokey. Mr. Kramer currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Archroma, Axillon Aerospace, and SI Group. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of GEON Performance Solutions and Heubach.
Mr. Lory, who was previously a Principal, joined SK Capital in 2019 and focuses on investments for the Catalyst Funds. Prior to SK Capital, Mr. Lory was most recently a Vice President at KeyBanc, where he spent 8 years in the chemicals and materials practice. Mr. Lory started his career with FTI Consulting in Chicago. Mr. Lory currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Flavors & Fragrances, Luxium Solutions, Tilley Distribution, and Spectra.
Mr. Marr, who was previously a Senior Associate, joined SK Capital in 2020 and focuses on investments for the Catalyst Funds. Prior to SK Capital, Mr. Marr was most recently an Associate at Edgewater Capital Partners, where he spent time evaluating opportunities and managing investments in the chemicals, materials, and life sciences sectors. Mr. Marr began his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at KeyBanc, where he focused on M&A transactions across the chemicals and materials sectors.
Mr. Anagnos joined SK Capital in 2020 and was previously a Senior Associate, executing transactions and enhancing value at several SK Capital portfolio companies, including Ecopol, Lacerta, Apotex and Perimeter Solutions. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Anagnos worked in the Industrials M&A Group at Perella Weinberg Partners.
Ms. Blosser, who was previously a Senior Associate, joined SK Capital in 2023 and focuses on investments for the Catalyst Funds. Prior to joining SK Capital, Ms. Blosser was an Associate in the Industrials Group at Goldman Sachs. Ms. Blosser also spent four years as a member of the Healthcare Team at Fred Alger Management, a New York-based investment advisor.
Mr. Jackson joined SK Capital in 2022 as an Associate. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Jackson worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions Groups at HSBC and Jefferies.
Mr. Tabatabaei joined SK Capital in 2022 as an Associate. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Tabatabaei worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials Group at Citigroup.
Ms. Ghirardi joined SK Capital in 2015 and was previously Director of Accounting focused on the accounting administration, reporting, and operations of the SK Capital Funds and Management Company. Prior to SK Capital, Ms. Ghirardi had 18 years of industry experience, with her most recent position as Assistant Controller at Rho Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the communications, healthcare, and information technology sectors. Ms. Ghirardi has also held controller, finance and operations positions at Lehman Brothers, GSC Partners, Deutsche Bank and Tudor Investment Corporation.
Ms. Fahriddinova joined SK Capital in 2022 and was previously a Senior Talent Associate focused on partnering with portfolio companies to support human capital-related value creation initiatives, including executive searches and assessments, succession planning, and organizational assessments. Prior to joining SK Capital, Ms. Fahriddinova was a member of the Talent Acquisition team at ghSMART and an Associate Consultant within Korn Ferry’s Organizational Strategy practice.
Ms. Coppa joined SK Capital in 2021 and was previously an Administrative Assistant. Prior to SK Capital, Ms. Coppa worked in the hospitality and service industry in Newport, RI and Long Beach Island, NJ.
