SK Capital Announces Promotionspromotions

New York, January 21, 2021 – SK Capital Partners LP, a private investment firm
focused on the specialty materials, chemicals and pharmaceuticals sectors,
announced today the promotion of several professionals. Jared Kramer and Jay
Taunk have been promoted to Principal, and Cole Abernathy and Matthew DelConte
have been promoted to Vice President.


Previously a Vice President at SK Capital, Mr. Kramer joined the firm in 2012 and has
played a significant role in several investments, executing transactions and driving
portfolio company improvement. He currently serves on the boards of Archroma, SI
Group and GEON Performance Solutions. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Kramer
worked in the Global Industrials and Aerospace & Defense Groups of Houlihan
Lokey.


Mr. Taunk joined in 2015 and was previously a Vice President, also executing
transactions and enhancing value at several of SK Capital’s portfolio companies. He
currently serves on the boards of Foremark Performance Chemicals, Tri-Tex and
Perimeter Solutions, and previously served on the board of AEB Group. Prior to
joining SK Capital, Mr. Taunk worked at Vestar Capital Partners and in the Healthcare
Group of Morgan Stanley.


Mr. Abernathy joined the firm in 2015 as a member of SK Capital’s investment team
and currently focuses on investor relations and certain investment and portfolio
company activities. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Abernathy worked in the
Industrials Group of Wells Fargo Securities.
Mr. DelConte joined the firm as a Senior Associate in 2019 and is a member of SK
Capital’s investment team. Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. DelConte worked as an
Assistant Vice President at Court Square Capital Partners and in the Industrials M&A
Group at Lazard Frères & Co.
