SK Capital Completes Sale of Milestone Environmental
New York, NY (October 6, 2026) – Affiliates of funds advised by SK Capital Partners, LP (“SK Capital”), a private investment firm focused on the material sciences, specialty ingredients and life sciences sectors, announced today they have completed the sale of Milestone Environmental (“Milestone” or the “Company”) to I Squared Capital (“I Squared”), an independent global infrastructure investor.
Acquired by SK Capital in October 2023, Milestone is a leading environmental infrastructure company providing waste management solutions across the energy and industrial sectors. Headquartered in Houston, Texas, the Company owns and operates 15 fully permitted disposal facilities strategically located across the most active U.S. energy basins.
Under SK Capital’s ownership, Milestone grew meaningfully and strengthened its leading market position, driven by considerable top-line growth and the execution of several growth and repositioning initiatives. The Company expanded its facility network, added new capabilities that broadened the scope of waste treated, and established its industrial waste division.
