Chris Redding became the Chief Talent Officer in 2022. Mr. Redding joined SK Capital in 2012 as the Director, Talent Management and is focused on talent acquisition, talent management, organizational diligence and for the alignment of human capital needs with SK Capital’s investment strategy.

Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Redding was a Partner at Korn/Ferry International where he specialized in the recruitment of senior-level executives for healthcare related organizations.

Mr. Redding earned a B.Sc. in business studies and sport studies from Brunel University (UK) and an M.B.A from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.
