Dan Lory Managing Director

Dan Lory became a Managing Director at SK Capital in 2025.

He joined SK Capital in 2019 focusing on lower middle market investments. Mr. Lory currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of Phoenix Flavors & Fragrances, Luxium Solutions, Tilley Distribution, and Spectra.

Mr. Lory was most recently a Vice President at KeyBanc, where he spent 8 years in the chemicals and materials practice.  While at KeyBanc, he advised on a number of chemicals and materials mergers & acquisitions transactions across several sectors including coatings, adhesives, sealants & elastomers, electronic chemicals, inorganic chemicals, intermediates, lubricants & additives, pharmaceutical ingredients, plastics, silicones, and water treatment chemicals.

Prior to KeyBanc, Mr. Lory started his career with FTI Consulting in Chicago.  He received his Master of Science in Accountancy from the Mendoza College of Business at the University of Notre Dame and graduated from Otterbein University with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
