Dante Parrini Senior Director

Mr. Parrini joined SK Capital in July 2023 as a Senior Director, working with management teams to improve the performance of portfolio companies. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Lacerta Group and GEON Performance Solutions, and previously served on the Board of Directors of H.B. Fuller Company.

Mr. Parrini brings nearly four decades of experience in engineered materials, technical nonwovens, and specialty chemicals. Prior to joining SK Capital, he served as Chairman and CEO of Glatfelter Corporation, a $1.5B global supplier of engineered materials. As CEO, Dante successfully transformed the company into a leading “clean” engineered materials manufacturer with multiple growth platforms, emphasizing ESG through strategic investments and portfolio management.

Mr. Parrini holds a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Gannon University, an M.B.A. from The University of New Hampshire, and completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
