Jared Kramer Principal

Mr. Kramer became a Principal at SK Capital in 2021.

Prior to joining SK Capital in 2012, Mr. Kramer worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industrials and Aerospace & Defense Groups at Houlihan Lokey. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of Archroma, Axillon Aerospace, and SI Group. He previously served as a member of the Board of Directors of GEON Performance Solutions and Heubach.

Mr. Kramer graduated cum laude with a BSBA in finance and management from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
