Mr. Cowan became a Senior Associate at SK Capital in 2026.

Jason Cowan joined SK Capital in September 2023 as an Associate on the Catalyst investment team.

Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Cowan was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Global Industries Group at UBS, focusing on Chemicals and Logistics.

Mr. Cowan earned a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
