Kate Ghirardi Deputy Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Ghirardi became Deputy Chief Financial Officer at SK Capital in 2025.

Prior to joining SK Capital in 2015, Ms. Ghirardi had 18 years of industry experience, with her most recent position as Assistant Controller at Rho Capital Partners, a private equity firm specializing in the communications, healthcare, and information technology sectors. Ms. Ghirardi has also held controller, finance  and operations positions at Lehman Brothers, GSC Partners, Deutsche Bank and Tudor Investment Corporation.

Ms. Ghirardi earned a B.S. in accounting from Rutgers University.
