Kris G. Radhakrishnan Operating Director

Kris Radhakrishnan is a versatile business- and operations-oriented finance executive with more than 30 years of experience across multiple industries, including specialty materials and life sciences.  Mr. Radhakrishnan has partnered with businesses of various sizes, scopes, and operating models, including over 15 years in the role of CFO for several private equity-owned companies.

Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Radhakrishnan served as CFO of QMax Solutions, Inc., Prince International Corporation, Nelson Global Products, American Achievement Corporation, and Resolution Specialty Materials, respectively.  Previously, he spent over 10 years in corporate finance, including holding various positions at Celanese Chemicals, McWhorter Technologies, and Abbott Laboratories, and 5 years in public accounting.  Mr. Radhakrishnan earned an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University and a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Madras, India.

Operating Directors are not employees of SK Capital. Such Operating Directors are expected to receive compensation from certain Funds’ portfolio investments and/or directly from certain Funds. Such compensation will not result in offsets to, or reductions of the management fee paid by the corresponding Fund.
