Scott Solomon became a Vice President at SK Capital in 2025.

Mr. Solomon joined SK Capital in 2021 as an Associate. He currently works on Axillon Aerospace, GEON, and SEQENS, where he supports strategic and operational initiatives. Over the course of his time at SK Capital, he has played a key role in driving value creation across several portfolio companies, including Foremark, and has led diligence efforts related to new platform and add-on investments.

Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Solomon worked as an Investment Banking Analyst in the Industrials Group at Guggenheim.

Mr. Solomon graduated magna cum laude from Washington University in St. Louis with a BSBA in Finance and Political Science.
