Mr. Amin joined SK Capital in September 2023 as a Vice President on the Flagship investment team. Mr. Amin currently serves on the Board of Directors of Woodstock Sterile Solutions.

Prior to joining SK Capital, Mr. Amin was an investment professional at GIC in their Direct Investments Group, where he focused on industrials and business services investment opportunities. Prior to GIC, Mr. Amin was an Associate at Kohlberg & Company and an investment banker at Bank of America.

Mr. Amin earned a B.A. in Economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.
