Addivant was a leading global supplier of a comprehensive portfolio of additives including antioxidants, antiozonants, inhibitors, polymer modifiers and UV stabilizers used by customers to improve the production and performance properties of polymers, plastics and rubbers. Addivant was headquartered in Connecticut and maintained a global footprint with 11 plants on five continents.
SK Capital acquired the Antioxidant and UV Stabilizer Solutions business of Chemtura Corporation in May 2013. The business was renamed Addivant upon becoming an independent company.

Archroma is headquartered in Switzerland and its Textile Specialties, Paper Solutions and Emulsions Products businesses are managed from Singapore, Switzerland and Brazil respectively.
SK Capital acquired the Textile Chemicals, Paper Specialties and Emulsions businesses from Clariant Corporation in September 2013. The three divisions were combined into an integrated, market-focused and collaborative company and was renamed Archroma upon becoming an independent entity.

Calabrian Corporation is a leading supplier of sulfur dioxide and related derivatives used in wastewater treatment and other applications. The Company manufactures sulfur dioxide and downstream derivatives such as sodium sulfite, sodium bisulfite, sodium metabisulfite and sodium thiosulfate in its integrated manufacturing facility in Port Neches, TX. Its products are used in a broad range of industrial and municipal wastewater treatment applications to achieve compliance with federal and local water regulations, as well as other specialty applications in personal care, pulp and paper processing, food preservation, oilfield production and disinfection.

Deltech is a leading producer of specialty aromatic monomers, polystyrene and resins for use in coatings, composites, construction materials and other applications. The Company is the largest producer globally of the specialty aromatic monomer products vinyl toluene, para-methyl styrene, and para-tertiary butyl styrene from its site in Baton Rouge, LA. Deltech also produces crystal polystyrene from its Troy, OH location as well as alkyd and unsaturated polyester resins from its Haverhill, U.K. site.
